Kelly Kearns is a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with a diverse background spanning banking, real estate, education, and administration. Kelly's career began in the banking industry in Dallas, Texas, where she gained expertise in financial operations, auditing, and organizational management. Her meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills laid the foundation for her future roles in administration and executive support. 

Her personal journey then took her to Strasbourg, France, where she lived for 18 years, immersing herself in European culture and expanding her professional expertise. She joined Schiller International University, where she began as Assistant to the Campus Director before being promoted to Administrative Assistant to the President. In these roles, she excelled in correspondence, planning, and administrative management, earning a reputation for her intelligence, problem-solving abilities, and warm demeanor. She played a vital role in the university community, gaining the respect and appreciation of both students and staff.

While in France, Kelly also pursued a career in business English instruction, first with Berlitz Corporation and soon after by establishing her own language training company. She worked with executives from various industries and professions to refine their business communications skills. 

Upon returning to the U.S., she transitioned into real estate, working with Ebby Halliday Realtors and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Her ability to connect with clients and deliver outstanding service led to a successful referral based business, based on a client-focused approach.

At Eutopya Realty Services, Kelly ensures operational excellence by coordinating executive functions, enhancing business efficiencies, and facilitating seamless communication across departments. Her expertise in strategic planning, team management, and client relations makes her an indispensable asset to the firm.

Beyond her professional life, Kelly has a deep love for animals and a strong appreciation for different cultures, shaped by her extensive travels throughout Europe. She continues to bring her passion for learning, organization, and relationship-building into everything she does.
